INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA:
In compliance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 titled "Code for the protection of personal data", we wish to inform you that the personal data you provided may be treated by the undersigned Company. The treatment of personal data may consist in their collection, registration, arrangement, conservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, collation, use, interconnection, block, communication, diffusion, deletion and destruction, or else in the combination of two or more of said operations. The treatment of personal data shall take place within the ambit of our Company, for purposes of assistance and in support of information and service requests submitted, for defining marketing policies, as well as for purposes related to obligations set by law and to provisions issued by authorities having the legitimate power to do so. The data shall be treated according to the indicated regulations and, therefore, according to principles of honesty, lawfulness and clarity, in such a way as to assure security and confidentiality. Data treatment may occur with paper, computerised and telematic means, even through the Internet. We also wish to state that: The conferring of the data is necessary to respond to information and service requests arriving through our website and for the carrying out of the activities necessary for fixing our marketing policies. When said conferring fails to take place, that will prevent us from registering the user in the archive employed, for statistical purposes, for determining marketing strategies; it will prevent us from responding to requests submitted for information and service, as well. The data may be communicated to external subjects carrying out specific assignments on behalf of our Company, with regard to the aforesaid purposes. We also inform that the subjects the data refer to may exercise the rights set out in article 7 of Legislative Decree. no. 196/2003.
