QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We have adopted a quality policy and have developed and CERTIFIED our Quality Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, with the fundamental mission of providing a service that unfailingly meets our customers’ requirements.
The main objectives of SANGOI’s quality policy are the following:
- To continuously increase customer satisfaction by providing products that comply with the specified requirements;
- To develop continuous measures to improve processes aimed at customer satisfaction, personnel safety, cost optimisation and reduce non-conformities;
- To reduce product and system non-conformities.
The actions that SANGOI implements to achieve the above are:
- To maintain and apply a certified quality management system that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards;
- To arrange suitable indicators to measure quality performance and punctuality in delivering the services offered;
- To measure customer satisfaction.
More precisely, SANGOI’s modus operandi is described in detail in the QUALITY MANUAL, (with the related procedures and operating instructions), which can be consulted by all our customers.
We also strive to establish and maintain a transparent relationship with our customers. To this end, we are available for any audit visits our customers may wish to carry out to verify the Quality Assurance System.
